PP2MP4 collects account information you provide, technical information needed to operate the service, subscription information supplied through Stripe, and content assets you upload for conversion.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, enforce plan entitlements, process files, deliver output, communicate conversion status, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Content and retention

Presentation and media assets are stored only to provide the requested service. Production retention periods and download expiry behavior are communicated in the product once an account is active. You should keep independent copies of your original files.

Sharing

We use service providers where necessary to operate PP2MP4, including payment processing and infrastructure providers. We do not sell uploaded presentation content. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the security of the service and its users.

Your choices

You may contact us to request account assistance, access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some data may be retained when necessary for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.
